One More Nomination & a Yummy Recipe :)

I've been nominated again for the Liebster Blogger Award - very cool!  Thank you to Lydia over at Raising Kings for the nomination.  Since I've already done a previous post with the rules, random things, 11 answered questions, etc., I'm just going to answer the 5 questions that Lydia asked.

1. Why did you start blogging?  This one was in my original, previous post. Liebster Award
2. What is your favorite recipe?  I love breakfast and can eat it at anytime.  My all time favorite (and super easy breakfast recipe is for a breakfast casserole.  I've put the full recipe below.
3. What is your favorite hobby?  Reading and crafting.  Though with the crafting...I have all of these great ideas or I find some awesome things on Pinterest, I go buy the materials and then never make it.  I'm going to try and be better at that though with a newborn on the way I'm sure it'll remain the same :)
4. What is your favorite beauty trick?  This probably isn't anything new but I started this last October after having my make-up done at a work conference.  I use Make-Up Forever (best foundation ever) and I put it on with a foundation brush.  I've always used mineral make-up and when I have used liquid foundation in the past I would put it on with those awful sponges that always seem to fall apart.  Oh - also, putting on concealer after foundation but before powder/bronzer.  It seems to stay on me a lot better.  I learned that nifty trick from one of my good friends Holli!
5. What is one thing you can't live without?  Right now - Tums.  These have been a lifesaver for me thoughout my pregnancy.  In normal, non-prego life, my water cup.  I do not leave home without my insulated blue (sometimes pink) cup.  I'm constantly thirsty and there's nothing worse then being in the car without something to drink!

Now for that yummy recipe :)

Breakfast Casserole

Ingredients:
 - 1 tube of Crescent Rolls
 - 1 lb. Sausage - I use the Owens Mild (browned and drained)
 - 1 1/2 cups Cheddar Cheese
 - 5 Eggs
 - 3/4 cups Milk
 - Salt & Pepper

Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350F
2. Spread Crescent Rolls in the bottom of a greased 9 x 13 pan
3. Top with cooked Sausage
4. Sprinkle with Cheese - I typically make sure the sausage is pretty covered with the cheese
5. Beat Eggs, Milk, Salt & Pepper
6. Pour over Sausage and Cheeses
7. Bake for 25 minutes uncovered
**you can also make this the night before and just refrigerate it and heat it up in the morning.
